"Introduction to Raptors" Courses

Our popular "Introduction to Raptors" half-day activity course provides a great summer-time opportunity to experience the thrill of having a beautiful bird of prey fly to your wrist and be able to study these beautiful raptors at first hand.

Under guidance from one of falconers, the course will also give you the chance to find out everything you always wanted to know about hawks, their care & conservation.... but never had the opportunity to ask! Time spent with the Harris Hawk - one of the most sociable and consequently popular birds of prey for those new to the art of falconry - provides great insight into their character.

Course places are limited and run from May to September. We advise early booking because these interesting courses are very popular. Suitable ages 16 & over.
