Assistance dogs

Due to the safety and well being of both our birds and your dogs, we regret that we are unable to permit any dogs into the sanctuary. If you need additional assistance whilst visiting, please speak to a member of staff or email info@owlhelp.co.uk, and we will be more than happy to help organise additional support to allow you to enjoy your visit.

Blue Badge parking

*PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORK, OUR ACCESSIBLE SPACES ARE OUT OF USE FROM THE 28TH SEPTEMBER 2026, UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE. IF YOU REQUIRE CLOSER ACCESS TO SUFFOLK OWL SANCTUARY, YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE ‘STAFF ONLY’ SPACES

We currently have 3 accessible parking spaces directly outside of the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary gift shop which you are welcome to use, we request your blue badge is displayed and visible.

Carers admission

We offer a free carers ticket for those accompanying a paying concession. We request that you present appropriate identification upon entry.

Wheelchair Hire

We have wheelchairs that are available for use during your visit free of charge, we request they are returned to the front office at the end of your visit. Either call 03456807897 or email suffolkowlhome@gmail.com to reserve one or speak to a member of staff on the day.

Toilets

At Suffolk Owl Sanctuary, we currently have two toilets within the sanctuary located within SOS 2, these are accessible with rail support and baby changing inside.

On the Stonham Barns site there are toilets located near the main car park.
