Suffolk Owl Sanctuary is located on the popular A1120 Tourist Route close to the following attractions:

  • Museum of East Anglian Life 8 miles away

  • Framlingham Castle 10 miles away

  • Woodbridge 13 miles away

From the South:
From Colchester we are 29 miles north on the A12 and then A140 roads

From the North:
From Norwich, we are 36 miles south on the A140 road

From the West:
From Cambridge we are 57 miles east on the A14 road

Car parking is free and we do have three accessibility spaces out in from of the main entrance. We request that blue badges are displayed correctly when using these spaces.

There is occasional buses that pass through Stonham Aspal, please check times before traveling.

Visiting us by Train

There are a few train stations near by to us. If you are wanting to visit us, we recommend arriving at Ipswich Train station and taking a bus/taxi or to Stowmarket Train Station and taking a taxi.
